Total Gymnastics is a dedicated gymnastics company set up by World Champion gymnast Beth Tweddle MBE. In the Queen’s New Years Honours list 2010, Beth was awarded an MBE for her success, commitment and dedication to the sport of gymnastics.

This dedication is the force behind Total Gymnastics who are revolutionising the way gymnastics is taught.

Following Beth’s success, Total Gymnastics are eager to get into schools and communities with other Great Britain gymnasts. Gymnastics has never had an opportunity like this before and what better way than to do so with the best gymnast Great Britain has ever produced.

Total Gymnastics aims to supply high quality coaches who are able to offer more club provision for young people and developing talented performers. The Total Gymnastics Academy launched in 2010 and allows young people of all abilities to join in with gymnastics and learn the fundamental movements, develop their talent and learn new skills.

Our high standard of INSET training for teachers from any key stage helps them become confident in teaching gymnastics, helping teachers of all abilities to extend their knowledge and expertise.

By enabling young people in schools and clubs to meet and experience gymnastics from national and international elite performers, we can promote their development and confidence in sport. Giving young people the opportunity to view demonstrations and gain tips from gymnastic icons can encourage their appetite to succeed.
